Degrees:

BS Biology, Concentration Marine and Freshwater Ecology, University of New Hampshire 1991

MSc Zoology, University of New Hampshire, 1999. Thesis on larvaculture of witch flounder (Glyptocephalus cynoglossus).

Research Interests:

Marine finfish aquaculture and stock enhancement; fish behavior in response to fishing gears, fisheries conservation.

Currently my active research revolves around science education and the first year experience. I am actively involved in the Science & Math freshman learning community between English 101, Math 111 or 120, and Biology 111.
